Terrestrial 5K
5K Course will start on the road just outside of Riverside Park and run east on Riverside Road for 1.5 miles where it will it make a U turn on to the fine crushed rock running path. The 5k stays on the crushed rock path for 1/2 a mile where it will then turn into a paved path. Course continues on the path all the way back to the park with one victory lap through the park to the finish! This course has only 50 feet of elevation gain and WILL BE FAST !! Water stations will be at Mile 1 and Mile 2.
