Early Packet Pick Up

Details

Assist pre-registered runners in picking up their race packets including race bibs and t-shirts. Assemble race packets and sort shirts in preparation for runner pickup. Assist runners who walk up for registration.

Race Day Duties - Homebase

Race Day Packet Pickup

Details

Assist pre-registered runners in picking up their race packets including race bibs and t-shirts. Assemble race packets and sort shirts in preparation for runner pickup. Assist runners who walk up for registration.

Finish Line

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help unpack and and stage finisher medals by race. Cheer and give finishers medals and bottled water. Assist with awards as needed.

Pre-Race Set up

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist in unloading race supplies. Set up tables, chairs, signs.

Post-Race Cleanup and Load

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist with packing up and loading race equipment.. Help clean up trash and place in appropriate spots.

Course Volunteers

Course Monitor

At least 20 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help runners on course by giving directions . Located in different spots along the course where runners need to be guided in going straight- turn around points- Left turn or Right turn. Cheering on runners as they pass

Water Stop

At least 30 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up water stop, Fill cups half full.
Hand to runners as they pass.
Clean up all cups & trash and pack up water stop.

* Do not leave water stop until Sweeper (last runner) has come through or member of Junction 311 relieves you from position.
